Yamamoto® Nutrition Iso-FUJI® is a food supplement based on whey proteins isolated by cross-flow ultrafiltration and microfiltration, indicated for athletes with intense physical activity.
Yamamoto® Nutrition Iso-FUJI® has a protein content of 91% for the vanilla flavor to 87% for the chocolate flavor.
Iso-FUJI® contains whey proteins isolated by cross-flow ultrafiltration and microfiltration, it does NOT contain collagen or other elements that alter the quality and biological value of the product.

The product is enriched with vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, and bromelain, a digestive enzyme of natural origin.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is the purest form of whey. Yamamoto® Nutrition Iso-FUJI® contains whey proteins isolated by cross-flow ultrafiltration and microfiltration.
Among the methods used to isolate protein supplements based on serum proteins, microfiltration is the most expensive, but it is also the one which can resolutely best preserve the integrity and the presence of the bioactive protein fractions determining the quality of the protein. The whey obtained in the first stage of the ultrafiltration treatment is transported to an apparatus which, with the help of a membrane filter system, carries out additional gradual filtration through which other unwanted particles are removed, including including minerals, lipids and lactose.
The microfiltered proteins are 99% undenatured and retain all of the important bioactive peptide fractions of its undenatured whey.

| Manual: mix 3 scoops = 30 g of ISO-FUJI 80 ml up to 250 ml of water or liquid of your choice. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will in order to obtain the desired density and intensity of taste.
